Army describes Boko Haram threat to capture President Buhari as an empty joke

Director Defence Information, Brig. Gen. Rabe Abubakar, has described the threat by Boko Haram members to capture President Buhari as empty, lacking in substance and a joke. The sect in a video released on Youtube on Tuesday September 13th, threatened to capture President Buhari. Reacting to the threat, Brig. Gen.
