Ambassador Nathan A. Sales, the Coordinator for Counterterrorism, will travel to Montreal, Canada on November 30, to speak at ICAO’s High Level Conference on Aviation Security. His speech will highlight the need to disrupt terrorist travel by implementing UN Security Council Resolution 2396 obligations on collecting and using Passenger Name Record data. He will then join Transportation Security Administration Administrator David Pekoske to present the U.S. Working Paper on quickly making Passenger Name Record data an ICAO standard practice.
