On behalf of the Government of the United States of America, I offer congratulations to the people of Cambodia on the occasion of Khmer New Year.

The people-to-people ties between Cambodia and the United States form the base of our combined efforts to promote peace, prosperity, and freedom. May those ties deepen in the year to come.

Please accept our best wishes for a Happy New Year. May the Year of the Pig bring great health, happiness, and prosperity for all.
