Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo and National Security Advisor John Bolton met with Republic of Korea (ROK) President Moon Jae-in today in Washington. The U.S. and ROK sides affirmed their commitment to achieving the final, fully verified denuclearization of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK). Secretary Pompeo and National Security Advisor Bolton praised the enduring strength of the U.S.-ROK Alliance, and they vowed to continue close cooperation with the ROK on the DPRK and other regional issues.
